About

Dr. Victoria Light Whitehead graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in the field of Biomedical Science with an emphasis in Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology. She is a Gait Analysis Consultant working with and educating veterinarians about the benefits of clinical gait analysis: Dr. Whitehead’s understanding of canine gait, lameness detection and her ability to simplify the complexities of canine gait analysis are part of her skill set. Dr. Whitehead is the author of several peer reviewed journal articles in AJVR and has consulted with many universities, clinics, DVMs, PTs and MDs for research projects concerning both biped and quadruped gait and is a recognized internationally as a canine specialist.
